This week’s schedule:
Bernard Boon and Dane Crandall demonstrated INTEGRITY when they let a teacher know that some bonus questions on a quiz had inadvertently been revealed in front of a student who hadn’t take the quiz yet. Way to be honorable, fellas!
Fen Cleveland demonstrated KINDNESS and TEAMWORK when he helped a classmate with an assignment. Thank you, Fen!

***Hi, my name is Olivia Harper. A few weeks ago, for my Capstone, I had a survey for people to fill out about what fun activities you might want to explore on your own. Thank you to those who filled it out! I have now used those responses to create my website as my final project. I would love it if you could click on the link and check it out. There is a page on there for suggestions/feedback and it would be great if you could tell me what you think. Thank you!

This year the Pinky Swear club has put together an outdoor Walk-a-Thon event during flex (12:30) on Friday, April 16th down at the track! The Upper School is invited to participate by paying $2. Money will be collected in envelopes by advisors starting Monday 4/12. You will enjoy music, popsicles, and a gift card raffle! With each additional dollar paid you will receive an extra entry in the raffle. You will also earn house points! All funds will be donated to the Pinky Swear Foundation which is a nonprofit organization that provides financial and emotional care for families who have a child battling cancer. We also urge you to wear orange and blue. Come walk for a cause!
Thank you from the Pinky Swear Club!

CALLING ALL STUDENTS AND FACULTY! COUGARMUN 2021!
The Cannon School Model UN Team would like to announce our annual CougarMUN on April 17th from 9am-12pm in the Upper School building! CougarMUN is a fun, laid-back Model UN conference for Cannon students (8th through 12th) and faculty. No experience is needed and there is an option to work with a partner if you don’t feel comfortable working by yourself! We will announce the fun topic we will be covering soon! Because of the complexity, we will sadly not offer an online option, only in person. Masks are required and there will be social distancing. Faculty, we have several teachers every year participate, so don’t be shy!
If interested, please respond to this google form by Sunday, April 11th: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdyDugA9Zny94vEhkkRitSYYeKTBRuGl6kajQwpu2yrMbzXLQ/viewform?usp=sf_link
If you have any questions, please reach out to me at jdickerson@cannonschool.org! We are so excited to see you all!
Thank you,
Jessi Dickerson
