***One year ago, we left for Spring Break and were unsure of if we would return to campus. Fast-forwarding to today, we have learned a lot about ourselves; what we value, what is comforting, frustrating, and even limiting.

Join the IM FINE Club in the quad on Tuesday, 3/23 from 12:30pm-1:15pm to write down things you want to “LET GO” of from this past year and identify things you want to “LET IN” in as you move forward. Our rainy day location will move to the hallway outside of Foundation Hall.

For those who are remote or will be unable to make it, please use this google form to engage in the exercise: Let Go, Let In Remote Link

Hey everyone! Hannah Mierzwa and I are seniors this year and have both been a part of several sports teams at Cannon. These teams usually don’t have a lot of spectators and we wanted to make them more well-known and watched. For our capstone, we will be highlighting a different girls’ team for each week of March!

This week is softball! One member of the softball team told us that the defining part of their team is their team culture, and how they make sure every member of the team feels valued and important. They have many outstanding players who contribute a lot to their games and team culture. At their last game, Gabby Polsky had 4 doubles and 4 runs and Brie Biddle had 2 RBIs! Way to go softball!

In part of supporting their team, we want everyone to go watch their next game on Wednesday, March 10th at 4:30! Some fans can even be in person which is super exciting! However, if you can’t make it in-person or capacity is full, support them on Local Live as well!

Thank you!
Ella Ruddy and Hannah Mierzwa

Seniors, Juniors & SOPHOMORES!!  are invited to sign-up in SCOIR for Zoom meetings with College Admission Representatives. Sessions will be during lunch and office hours. ****Beginning TODAY, Flik will again offer a-la-carte purchases

We will offer the same menu that is on the pre-order as well as an additional option that is not on the menu

We will also have salads available for grab and go while they last

As we move back towards a more normal service, I want to remind you that pre-ordering is still the fastest way to get your meal, doesn’t require going through the cashier line (unless you make additional purchases) and is the best value for your dollar

Please help us maintain this level of service by continuing to practice social distancing while waiting your turn in line and by not loitering in the dining hall area

If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. My email is cevans@cannonschool.org

I am dedicating my spring lacrosse season to the Jason Foundation.  This past year, my sibling lost his best friend to suicide, and many of my close friends grew up with him.  Upon hearing this news, I was compelled to try and make a change and help people who go through these mental challenges.

The Jason Foundation focuses on the prevention of the “Silent Epidemic” of youth suicide. They offer educational and awareness programs for young people, educators, and parents with tools and resources to help and identify these situations.

I have created a GoFundMe and 100% of all donations will go to the Jason Foundation.  Look for information on upcoming fundraisers soon too.

Thank you for the support.  It means so much to many people around the world and me!!
