This is my absolute favorite part of prom and I hope you will grab a partner and show up ready to be spectacular!! (No prior dance experience required.)

Are you stressed out? Bored? Seeking greater insight? Just want a quiet place to be? Join Mrs. Miller on Thursdays at the end of lunch to practice a short meditation (10-15 mins). You don’t need any experience. Students and adults are invited. I will be meditating whether anyone joins or not, so feel free to slip in silently and join if you want. I will guide a short, secular mindfulness meditation. No commitment needed. Come once or every week.
