Henry Koehler, Abi Gadudasu, Luke Letica, Lucas Kabasakalian, Carter Otey, and Floris Stratman demonstrated amazing TEAMWORK and PASSION by earning Outstanding Soloist awards, straight superior ratings from the judges, and just representing Cannon like the bosses they are at this year’s UNCC Jazz Festival.

Do you want to learn how to salsa dance, eat yummy food, and earn extra credit in your Spanish class? Then come on Wednesday February 22nd to the dance studio (in the blue gym) during lunch where the Cannon dance team will be hosting salsa lessons taught by Mrs. Allgood!! Everyone is welcome and no partners are required!! Wear comfortable shoes and clothes and join us for lots of fun!!

Bake Sale in MS Our names are Maddie and Ollie and we are part of the Junior Council for AGSF. AGSF stands for A Giving Spirit Foundation, and is an organization that helps women in North Carolina manage their lives with terminal illnesses, with a primary focus on ALS. ALS is a progressive disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord, with an average life expectancy of 3-5 years. This Thursday and Friday, February 9th and 10th February, our team is going to have a bake sale to raise money for this organization and we would appreciate your support. Items cost between $1 and $3, and of course, donations are always welcome! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at obreese@cannonschool.org or mreiss@cannonschool.org . Thanks!
