***Hello Upper School!
A new and exciting program is available to Cannon Students called Youth Peace and Action (YPA) which is an online leadership course centered around PEACE that equips young people to think deeply, become an adaptive problem solver, and advocates in their communities. Through videos, dialogues, and interactive activities you will learn how to become a certified peacebuilder, earn service hours, learn peace frameworks, learn how to solve social issues, and how to spark positive change in your community.
If you are interested in learning more and enrolling in the program join the meeting on Tuesday, November 16th during lunch in the CUBE (College Counseling)! Food will be provided! Want to get started now? Enroll into the program by following the instructions in the attached flyer!

JP Hondros stepped up multiple times for his classmates in Precalculus class by sharing various supplies that his classmates needed. Each time, he was quick to find what a student needed and offered the item to them. His Kindness for others was on full display.

Evan Ingram showed huge COURAGE by dealing with a scary bug in the hallway!

Maryanne Lewis demonstrated COURAGE, even if she didn’t know it at the time, by completing a sophomore vocabulary assessment when her teacher inadvertently gave her that version instead of the freshman version. Way to go, Maryanne!

Nate Woolwine demonstrated INTEGRITY when he pointed out what he believed to be a grading error in his favor to this teacher. Way to go, Nate.

***Online course registration for Winterm 2022 begins Monday, November 15th!  You will receive an email on how to register.  Once a course is filled, it will disappear from possible course options. Click here to view the course catalog.
