Alex Chapman demonstrated TEAMWORK by successfully executing the transfer of critical faculty resources within a narrow time frame, and adapting on the fly when initial directions were unpredictability disrupted.

Jimmy Kinsella demonstrated TEAMWORK by selflessly altering existing plans to retrieve critical equipment for a teacher while under a tight deadline.

Hey Cougs! Our own Amanda Sambach, state medalist in yesterday’s NCISAA girls’ golf championship, is a contender for the Charlotte Observer player of the week! Students for Constitutional Government will meet on Friday, October 25th from 11:15am to 12:00pm in Foundation Hall. Our guest speaker, Dean Booker, will be discussing individual rights.


There will be a FINAL informational session for all students enrolled in an AP/AT course TODAYin the CPAC during Student Choice.

AP/AT Exam Registration will close on Friday, October 25. If you haven’t already done so, please complete the “AP/AT Exam Opt In” Google Form ASAP.

Calling all Cannon Students! The Cannon School Student Council is in search of students to join the Student Council Volunteer Corps. It’s fun, easy, and a great way to meet people across all grades! The volunteer group will be called upon to help with fulfilling Student Council service projects and initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain community service hours and gain leadership experience. You can help where and when you want! This is a perfect way to see behind the scenes of Student Council and can propel you to run for an elected position in the future! Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores are invited to sign-up on Naviance Student to visit with College Admission Representatives coming to Cannon School.  Students must get permission from their classroom teachers prior to attending an admissions event. Students who need assistance accessing their Naviance account or registering for college visits should contact their college counselor.
