Erdogan Peer demonstrated KINDNESS when he accompanied a friend during student choice to look over a test.  Give him a Cougar Growl!

           Miles Grier and Grant de Gorter demonstrated KINDNESS when they took care of Darrin David’s laptop while he donated blood.  Way to go, guys!

          JM Wilson demonstrated INTEGRITY when called himself out in a class game of “Simon Says” when the teacher didn’t notice.  Give JM a Cougar Growl!  GRRR!

          Andrew Zelina and Mary Claire Farrington demonstrated TEAMWORK when they volunteered to clean up the classroom after they and their peers made sand mandalas. Thank you both!

             Brandon Ralston and John Haddock demonstrated RESPECT for our building by vacuuming the freshmen hallway after lunch.  Way to go, guys!

            Victoria Godley and Hailey Foreman demonstrated KINDNESS when they helped carry items to Dr. Donah’s car.  Thanks girls!

            John Haddock demonstrated RESPECT when he remained in class after the bell to help clean up pieces to a game that his peers had left out of place.  Ms. Hurtado really appreciated his help in getting the room ready for next block.  Thanks John!

            Andrew Newman demonstrated RESPECT for Cannon property when he picked up random trash outside of the high school building. Give Andrew a Cougar Growl!  GRRR!

            Hannah Taylor showed INTEGRITY when she found money in the US and turned it in to Ms. Story.

             Will Gordon demonstrated RESPECT when he found and returned Victoria Bliss’ cell phone.  Way to go Will!

            David Sirois demonstrated INTEGRITY when after inadvertently being awarded extra credit, he spoke up and said the point actually was earned by a classmate.  Give David a big Cougar Growl!  GRRR!

            Jake Marchant demonstrated KINDNESS when he offered to buy another student a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. That was an act of great kindness on his part. Selfless acts such as this made his friend proud to be a part of Cannon School.

            Daniel Sprick demonstrated KINDNESS by helping a student in need.  You rock, Daniel!

            Anthony Perrino demonstrated KINDNESS when he helped a fellow Advisee (who had forgotten his laptop in the bus) by accompanying him to the bus circle and helping him find his laptop.  Grrrrr!!

            Jake Andrews and Zach Tysinger demonstrated RESPECT when they cleaned up the commons after some freshmen left behind a mess.  Way to go men!!!

            Jake Flynn demonstrated KINDNESS when he gave up his seat so that an injured classmate wouldn’t have to sit on the floor.  Give Jake a high five!

            Timmy Hennigan demonstrated great KINDNESS when he moved from some extra desks in the hall to let a teacher and student hold a conference there. Thanks so much, Timmy!

            Connor Lippincott demonstrated KINDNESS when he helped teacher with carrying heavy box during football game. It was a nice gesture!

            Alec Wintering and Darren David demonstrated RESPECT by turning in a movie they knew belonged to a teacher.  Thank you guys!

  Bryan Metz demonstrated KINDNESS when he made a third floor delivery for his advisor.  Thanks Bryan!

  Price Dawson demonstrated KINDNESS when he helped Mr. Segura return chairs to their place in the library after a class meeting.  Way to go, Price!

  Will Yoder, Andrew Nielsen, Brad Schlosser, and Erdogan Peer demonstrated TEAMWORK and KINDNESS when they helped Mr. Coggins replace the back seats in two vans used by Cannon’s Blue Ridge Relay team. Thanks, guys. Way to go beyond!

  Sally Fowler demonstrated COURAGE when she shared with her classmates a grammar mistake she had made in her studying and what she learned from it.  Give Sally a Cougar Growl!  GRRR!

  Caitlin Scolaro demonstrated PASSION and TEAMWORK when she turned the radishes she harvested from the square foot garden into delicious pesto, radish sandwiches, and salad for her AP Environmental Science class. Thank you Caitlin!

  Tim Gruber, Cassie Calvert, Mackenzie Moyer, and Madison Miller demonstrated COURAGE, INTEGRITY, PASSION, TEAMWORK, REPSPECT, and KINDNESS for their leadership, mentorship, and support of the runners on the Cross Country Team.  Thank you for inspiring these runners to not only do their best, but to also follow in your footsteps!
