The United Nations General Assembly has declared the first Monday in October to be World Habitat Day. This is a time to recognize the basic need for adequate shelter in a world where it is lacking for so many.

 The construction for the new Performing Arts Center is coming along nicely.  The foundational beams have been delivered and will soon be erected.  Before that, we would like all students, faculty and staff to have an opportunity to sign one beam.

If you are interested in working out for the upcoming season, please be at the field by 3:30. Workouts will begin at 3:40 and should end around 5 – 5:15. Players will need to wear long softball / baseball style pants. Wear cleats if you have them. Workouts will revolve around

conditioning and fundamentals. Hope to see everyone there!

Congratulations to House Impetus’ new student interns, Erin Mason, Ann Fisher Lindsay, and Leah Vail! We were beyond impressed by all the passion and enthusiasm of all candidates. These three ladies (along with all the applicants) demonstrated an immense amount of courage and passion. House Impetus’s leadership team is thrilled to begin working with these young women and help them develop their leadership skills.
