On Friday and Saturday, April 22nd & 23rd, Mimi Wahid and Grayson Herrera represented the Cannon Upper School at the North Carolina Science Olympiad State competition at NC State University in Raleigh. Wahid & Herrera finished 5th and earned a medal in the Hydrogeology event.

Last Saturday afternoon, Andrew VanWingerden demonstrated kindness when he stopped his truck and allowed a driver to enter the traffic flow leaving the Target parking lot at exit 25.  Unbeknownst to Andrew, the driver of the car was Mr. K.  Way to go, Andrew!

Juniors – To learn more about the senior scholarships that require a Cannon School nomination please attend the Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, April 27 in Foundation Hall. We will discuss the process for scholarships like the Belk, Jefferson and Morehead-Cain, and what you should be doing over summer to prepare.

Please follow the link below to fill out the End of Year Club Status Report.  This is the form that will determine Gold Level and Maroon Level status for the 2015-16 school year.  Forms are due by Tuesday, April 26th.  Please see me if you have any problems or questions.
