***Cannon HOSA’s BAKE SALE for BeTheMatch!

Our Cannon HOSA Chapter is hosting a BAKE SALE to fundraise for BeTheMatch!

BeTheMatch is a program led by a non-profit organization called the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) that helps patients suffering from leukemia and sickle cell cancer. 70% of patients needing a transplant depend on BeTheMatch to find a match to save their life.

Every dollar we raise will help grow the registry, provide grants to patient families, and fund research to make transplant safer and more available to all patients. Last year, with your support, we raised $3300!

We will be hosting a BAKE SALE TODAY in front of the Cougar’s Den. Items starting at $2! Cash and Venmo are accepted!

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Rayyan Syed (rasyed@cannonschool.org) or Mrs. Oswald (hoswald@cannonschool.org).

Your HOSA Leadership Team,

Rayyan Syed, William Lomax, Bernard Boon, Leo Kohlhepp, Nicole Ratterman, and Mrs. Oswald

We’ve LOVED seeing so many of you in Academic Coaching these past few weeks and months! As we approach the end of the school year, we want to ensure 606 continues to be a consistent place to be productive. Please keep in mind the Academic Coaching space is a designated academic workspace. It is open to students during drops, lunch, Office Hours, and/or with the permission of their classroom teacher. You should use 606 for the following purposes:

  • To attend a scheduled or drop-in academic coaching appointment;
  • To work on academic tasks independently and quietly;
  • To work on academic tasks in a small group quietly;
  • As an alternate space to meet with teachers and/or tutors.

You should NOT use 606 as a place to gather socially. 606 will be closed when there is no adult supervision. Thank you for adhering to these guidelines, so we can maintain the integrity of the Academic Coaching space!

Admission Rep Visits have concluded for the ‘22-‘23 school year. Below you will find a recap by the numbers. These visits will pick up again in the fall of 2023 and will be open to all sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
