***Feeling stressed about AP exams?

Anxious about the school year coming to an end?

Having trouble navigating relationships? Family frustrations?

Concerned about friends?… and don’t feel like talking to an adult about it all?

If you are dealing with all of this and anything in between, stop by the counseling suite during Office Hours. A Peer Support Team (PST) member will be there to sit with you, listen to you, and support you! They are trained in specific areas of peer support, including the critical importance of practicing confidentiality. Come connect with a PST member and reap the benefits of exploring your feelings in a safe and welcoming, judge-free, space!

Come to Foundation Hall at 1 pm Thursday to hear the Colgate 13, a men’s a cappella group from Colgate University.

Do your friends say that you are easy to talk to?

Have you been told that you are a good listener?

Are you interested in learning more about mental health topics?

Would you like to learn more about how to support your peers?

If so, plan to attend the Peer Support Team (pst;) Interest Meeting on Tuesday, April 18th during lunch in Foundation Hall. This is an opportunity to learn more about pst; and how to apply to become a member. We will have current peer support team members present to share about their pst; experiences.
