The Upper Math Department would like to invite all Juniors and Seniors, who qualify, to apply for induction to Mu Alpha Theta—Cannon’s Math Honor Society. To be inducted into Mu Alpha Theta a student must meet all of the following criteria.
- Be a junior or senior.
- Have completed any level of Precalculus.
- Have been enrolled at Cannon for one full year.
- Enrolled in or completed an AP or AT math course
- Have earned a 3.7 unweighted GPA in all math courses.
- Have earned a 3.5 unweighted GPA all courses.
- Complete the application by the posted deadline

Be a Special Olympics Volunteer!
Cannon School has been asked to take 20-30 Upper School students to volunteer at Special Olympics Spring Games on Wednesday, April 19th. We are looking for responsible and energetic students to volunteer as athlete buddies. Buddies help athletes get to their events and cheer them on. This will be a fun and impactful day for student volunteers. If you are interested in attending as a buddy, please fill out this application form no later than March 3rd.
