Zoe Griffith showed KINDNESS when she ran House Games supplies over to the MiLL for Dean Booker. Zoe….you are awesome!!!

Alex Lahners demonstrated COURAGE and PASSION when he shared his journey with Type I Diabetes. He helped us understand experiments more when he discussed a study he is involved in.

Hanna Lee, Sofia Moncada, Sun Kyu Lee, Annabelle Eaton, and Bella Chiemprabha all demonstrated TEAMWORK when they helped Dr. Arriaga and Mrs. Velandia set up and decorate a Cannon booth for the Concord International Festival this past Saturday. They also showed PASSION and COURAGE as they talked to festivalgoers about Cannon and the diverse groups that make up our community. Thank you all for making this event a big success!

For those interested in working with Lower School students, here is a collection of opportunities for you!  These include joining third and fourth graders at recess (they always need a good referee), AE day passion class assistant, and more.  This is a working document, and we will be adding more items as the needs arise.  Be sure to check back often!  You can sign up for as many activities as you would like.  **Note:  Only sign up for activities that fall during your drop periods or non-classroom times.  For special events, you need to ask for permission from teachers if you will miss class.  Our most immediate need is for AE Day on November 18.  We need several volunteers to help assist teachers in passion classes from 9:30-11ish.  Please reach out to Dean Fox (mfox@cannonschool.org) if you have any questions.
