Hey everyone! National Art Honors Society (NAHS) will be doing an interest meeting on Tuesday, September 21st during Office Hours. Mathnasium of North Charlotte is hiring! Come and share your math expertise. Mathnasium is a math-only learning center that helps kids catch up, keep up, and get ahead in math.

We offer part-time, flexible instructor positions working with students K-12. We are located in North Charlotte only 10 minutes from Cannon (also a stop on the Cannon bus route as needed).

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a national mentoring organization.  Its mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported 1 to 1 relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.

Would you like to offer friendship, guidance and support to a child?  Here is how YOU can help.  We are currently in need of mentors (Bigs) at our site based program at the Cabarrus County Boys and Girls Club.  Below is the criteria:

  • You need to be at least 16 years old
  • You need to be able to commit to at least to 15 months of service
  • You need to be able to serve (1) hour per week

You may come to The Cube if you are on campus during the rep visit and need a place to log into the Zoom session. We recommend you bring headphones for the Zoom visit!
