Attention AP exam takers!
This is a reminder about what the handbook says regarding attendance on AP exam days:
Students who take an AP exam are encouraged to attend all classes that do not coincide with testing time on the day of the exam. AP exam-takers are expected to communicate absences due to testing to their teachers and, along with their teachers, create a plan to make up missed work. AP exam-takers will not be required to take any additional assessments on the day of their AP exam.
Good luck on testing day!
We are excited to announce the formation of a new club- The Cannon Clean Creek Club (C4 for short 🧨). Working with the city of Concord and Adopt-a-Stream, we are helping to preserve the creek behind our school. Interest meeting Friday, May 7th at the start of Flex time in Mr. Sinden’s room (702). Join us for a great and easy service project to help the environment! Any questions, contact Chase Erdin at cerdin@cannonschool.org.
The week of May 3rd is Teacher Appreciation Week! Parents at Cannon group Cannon Connections has planned an exciting week to show our teachers how much they are loved and appreciated. Students and families are encouraged to shower the teachers with gratitude by participating on Tuesday and Thursday.
Tuesday – Students to bring in a single flower for each of their teachers. Together they will make a beautiful bouquet! (can be real, faux, or hand drawn.)
Thursday – Students to bring a personalized Thank You card for each of their teachers. (can be purchased or handmade)
Thank you for your help in celebrating our incredible teachers and staff during this next week!
AP/AT Students: If you decide to OPT OUT of an AP exam between now and test day, you must complete the AP Refund Request Form for every AP exam you DO NOT TAKE to obtain a full refund.

ATTENTION JUNIORS!
Student Support would like to invite Juniors to “Focus Fridays” during their drops and flex in the ACC classroom, Room 606.
We will be providing a stress-free AND focus-driven space to get work done. We will provide encouragement, guidance, and office supplies to help maximize work time. We will also be hosting a coffee bar with snacks! YUM!!!
No sign up or RSVP is needed – simply a genuine desire to get things done and to free up weekends from work and stress.
