THANK YOU from the Admission Office Team to: The Jazz Band for sharing your musical PASSIONS and talents with us at our first Saturday Open House! Your performance was GREAT! The prospective families were so impressed!

Hannah Rosa, Carter Otey, Ellen Weinstock, Kate Christman, Emily Busby, Sane’ Davis, and Jack McDermott for sharing your PASSION for Cannon School on Saturday morning at the Open House. To our first time US panelists thanks for being COURAGEOUS and sitting on the panel for the first time! You all did a GREAT job fielding questions from prospective families and touring the visitors around campus!

Congratulations to Cannon Theater Company for taking home six awards from the North Carolina Theater Conference for their one-act productions of “The Seagull” and “That’s Not How I Remember It”! Both plays earned instant standing ovations and deafening cheers when the lights went down, and now you can see Cannon Theater Company perform them right here at Cannon School on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this week at 7pm! Tuesday- Donut Tuesday during lunch ( bring in candy and receive a donut)

Wednesday- Hot chocolate in the morning

Thursday- Limbo Contest during lunch

Friday- Food Friday is during lunch and a tailgate before the play.

On Monday, November 12, the Admission Office will be hosting the School Day Open House, which starts with a breakfast for our guests in the Dining Hall.  The Dining Hall will be closed between 8:45-9:45a.m. on Monday, November 12, for this event.  Please be sure to grab your breakfast and morning snacks prior to 8:45a.m.  Thank you!

Seniors: The College Counseling Team will offer Drop – In Hours for Seniors in The Cube on the following date: 11/7.

Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores are invited to sign-up on Family Connection to visit with College Admission Representatives coming to Cannon School.  Students must get permission from their classroom teachers prior to attending an admissions event. Log into your Family Connection account to learn more about the colleges, find out visit times and register to attend. Visits will be held in The Cube or College Counseling Offices.
