Thank you, thank you, thank you to Holly Springate, Ava Cooksey, Henry Koehler, Jackson Maynor, Virginia Robertson, Anna Galloway, Natalie Ray, Mrs. Cooksey, and Mrs. Otey for their volunteer help with the Case Studies program held at Cannon last Sunday. The Creative Design & Engineering class’s final Design Thinking project presentations are taking place in the cafeteria during E Block TODAY, and all members of the Cannon Community are invited to attend. We’ve been working with the Cannon Sustainability Committee to improve the composting experience for Upper School students, and all three sections of the class will be presenting our ideas to the Committee. If you are available, please consider coming and seeing the solutions we’ve designed.

MODEL UN MEMBERS! If you are interested in a leadership position for next year: please email Mrs. Shaefer expressing your interest and suggesting some times you are available for an interview. Interviews can take place anytime between now and Friday, May 4. It is your job to be proactive about scheduling an interview! There will be FOUR executive members for Model UN next year. You must be either a rising junior or a rising senior and have participated fully in Model UN activities this year (attended at least 3 of 4 of our conferences and been regularly present at meetings). If you have questions about our (newly designed) leadership roles or how to prepare for your interview, please reach out.


AP exams begin May 7th and conclude May 17thIt is important that all students, faculty, and staff maintain a quiet, respectful environment for all examinees. Please avoid entering and exiting through the Library at all times. Please refrain from using the exit double doors beside the Library Annex.  Please be quiet in all areas surrounding the spiral staircase, the library, the CPAC, and Campbell Gallery.
