Jackson Maynor demonstrated COURAGE when he chose to put himself in a physically challenging situation to provide assistance to his classmates while testing out class projects outdoors.

HEY GUYS!!! For my Capstone, I am hosting a dance recital on SATURDAY, MARCH 10TH @ 6:30 PM, HERE at Cannon, yes that’s right, HERE at the CPAC!! All the proceeds collected from ticket sales, donations, and raffles will be used to sponsor a young boy, AJ Patrick, who has a dream to dance but cannot afford it. Tickets go on sale TODAY!! Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus’ St. Patrick’s Day Event on March 17th. We are looking for student volunteers that day. Should any students need volunteer hours – this is a great cause. Please email mburch@cmcu.org for more info!

Juniors and Seniors with a love of history, service, and an cumulative unweighted 3.5 GPA are encouraged to apply for the Maggie Coleman Chapter of Rho Kappa, the National Social Studies Honor Society. Applications may be requested from Ms. Huffman or Ms. Eury, and the deadline to submit completed applications is Friday March 2nd at 3pm.
