Many thanks to Floris Stratman, Henry Koehler, Carter Otey, Davis Norton and Abhi Gadudasu for “jazzing up” our Open House with their musical talents on Saturday, January 6!  Your performance was a great way to welcome families and share your talents with prospective families.  Your TEAMWORK, PASSION and KINDNESS were greatly appreciated by the Admission Team and our guests!  THANK YOU!

Thank you to our Upper School student ambassadors: Ella Ruddy, Sydney Wood, Ava Cooksey, Heidi Coppa, Maddie Woods, Maddie Johnson, Henry Kohler, Carter Otey, Anna Ruth Morrison, Peyton Skill, Clint Harris, Hope Springate and Caroline Carr for volunteering to welcome prospective families, hand out materials, chat with students and parents, sit on Mrs. Otey’s student panel and give tours.  You all demonstrated your PASSION  for Cannon School and we appreciate your KINDNESS in sharing your Saturday afternoon with us.  THANK YOU!

There will be a meeting for all students who will be participating in Track and Field this spring during Student Choice on Thursday 1/11 in room 609.  Please contact Coach Campbell if you are not able to attend.

If you are entering or exiting the CPAC on January 11, please do NOT use the front 4 doors. Please plan ahead of time to use other entrances/exits. We will have contractors installing blinds in the front windows; using the front four doors during that day would be a safety hazard. Thank you.

Apogee Adventures: A representative will be on campus to share information with students about the Apogee Adventure summer programs.  Please bring your lunch to the Private Dining Room on January 17th to find out more.  The representative will also be presenting to families at 7 pm in Davidson at the home of Lisa & David Konstandt, 621 Dogwood Lane.  You can RSVP to the evening event here.

Model UN Team members: we are registered for MUN at Chapel Hill for February 22-25. You should have received an email with a permission form that needs to be signed by your parents if you plan to attend MUNCH. Forms are due this Friday, January 12.
