Great Way to Record Volunteer Hours—Lake Norman Tennis Center is hosting a UTR Tournament March 31-April 2. The matches that are played are going to be televised, and we therefore need volunteers to keep and report the scores of the matches. This would be a great way to get volunteer hours, and you’ll get to watch some spectacular tennis. There will also be an exhibition match on Friday between some two great former D-1 college tennis players. Follow this link – http://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040c4ca4ab238-lntc – to sign up, and feel free to share this with anyone that would like to volunteer. Thank you, Ryan Heider
Hi gorgeous ladies!
This year we’re continuing the tradition of the Selfie Project and No Makeup Day on April 18th. For those of you who don’t know, this is a celebration of natural beauty and an opportunity to spread kindness and love to one another. We need a few things from you to make sure this event is as awesome as possible:
1) Send us a picture that you feel beautiful in! Please send your picture to selfieproject2017@gmail.com by April 13.
2) Come to the library annex during lunch and Student Choice on April 18 to leave Post-It note compliments on everyone’s pictures celebrating their beauty and uniqueness!
3) Go makeup-free on April 18th to let your natural beauty shine through!
All of these things are totally optional, but we really encourage you to participate. It might be weird or scary, but that’s okay – you may just learn something incredible about yourself and how awesome you are.
Love,
The Selfie Project/No Makeup Day Team 🙂
