Are you interested in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics? Would you like to spend your summer exploring Boston, taking college classes, and working on engineering projects at MIT?
During lunch (11:20-12:00) on Wednesday, January in the Library Annex, senior Mimi Wahid will be hosting a lunch and learn about MIT’s free summer programs, and sharing her experience and application advice. Halfway There is a special night to honor and celebrate our beloved class of 2017 and it is right around the corner on Saturday, Feb. 4th! This year’s dance is a semi-formal with a Winter theme. We hope to have lots of surprises throughout the evening as we celebrate our seniors. Join DJ Phalse iD for a fabulous dance, great snacks, and a night of fun and entertainment! Seniors will need to plan to arrive at 6:00pm while all others should arrive starting at 7:00pm. Tickets will go on sale today, Monday, January 9th. Ticket sales officially end on Friday, January 27th because we have to have a final count for food. The tickets are $10 in advance from January 9th-January 27th and $15 if you are late to purchase including buying tickets at the door. You may get tickets from Halfway There committee members and their representatives when they come to your advisory, or you may purchase at any time from Ms. Eury in room #701. Tickets will also be available for purchase next week outside of Foundation Hall during lunch. For your convenience, you may choose to bill your account for the cost of the ticket.
