Tamer Metwalli, Jack Reimer, Rohan Handa and Anthony Muraca showed KINDNESS when they helped Mr. West and Ms. Eury with prom preparation.

Danny Scurlock showed TEAMWORK when he gave up his planning period to deliver a dongle to Senior Breakfast!  WTG Scurlz!!!!

The Freshman Service Project Team (Katie Combs, Michael Elrod, Abby Hedgecock, & Liselotte Stratman, and Megan McClanahan) did a great job showing TEAMWORK by sharing their research and knowledge through a presentation to the Freshmen parents.

Thomas Fromke, thank you for staying after class to help put the classroom back together before my next class 🙂 That showed KINDNESS!  You’re awesome! Gracias

A quick reminder that we started collecting items for Captain Robert Vendley (’07) yesterday! Here are a few quick reminders on what to bring in and what to do with your items:
The items we are collecting are as follows
K-cups (no decaf)
Dried Fruits
Tuna Salad/ Chicken Salad (in the pouches)
Protein Bars
We will also be collecting money donations
Please keep all collected items in your advisory. We will come by and pick them up on May 16th.
The advisory who brings in the most items gets free breakfast of their choice

April 26th is RMH t-shirt day.  Feel free to dress down ONLY if you are supporting Ronald McDonald House by wearing your t-shirt.

Juniors – To learn more about the senior scholarships that require a Cannon School nomination please attend the Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, April 27 in Foundation Hall. We will discuss the process for scholarships like the Belk, Jefferson and Morehead-Cain, and what you should be doing over summer to prepare.

Please follow the link below to fill out the End of Year Club Status Report.  This is the form that will determine Gold Level and Maroon Level status for the 2015-16 school year.  Forms are due by Tuesday, April 26th.  Please see me if you have any problems or questions.

Please see Dean Zelaya if you have any questions about getting involved.  We are looking for some hardworking and dedicated students who are interested in talking about and engaging our community in conversations regarding ALL aspects of human diversity.

Please consider being a part of Student Ambassador Network (“SAN”) 2016-2017!  All you have to do is complete a Student Ambassador Profile.  If you want to hold a leadership position, please complete the Student Ambassador Intern Application too.  It’s easy, log into Haiku and go to  Admission Office Student Ambassador Network Haiku Page   – everything you need to apply can be found there.  The application deadline is Monday, May 2.
