Congratulations to Eleanor Avett on winning the Greater Cabarrus Reading Association’s Young Authors Contest. Eleanor’s poem was chosen to represent3 Cabarrus County in the statewide competition. She will be honored in April for her accomplishment. Thank you for sharing your PASSION with the world, Eleanor!

Josiah King and Trent Loggins showed RESPECT for our community spaces by cleaning up the entire Commons before leaving school.
On Monday, members of Cannon School’s DECA Chapter competed at the district competition, and we are thrilled to celebrate their incredible success! Competing for the first time ever, our students stood out among thousands of participants, earning recognition in several categories:
