Over the weekend, 18 of our students traveled to Charlotte Country Day School to represent Cannon School at the 12th annual CHARMUN Model United Nations Conference. Our students competed alongside delegates from Charlotte Country Day School, Charlotte Latin, and Providence Day School.
We are proud to announce that our students performed well, earning three awards:
- Findley O’Brien ’26– Outstanding Delegate- Rufus Scrimgeour: The Ministry of Magic: Rebuilding the Wizarding World Post-Voldemort
- Ryan Shue ‘27- Outstanding Delegate- Marcus Junius Brutus: Fall of the Roman Senate Committee
- Finn Pralong ’28- Verbal Commendation- James Chadwick: Manhattan Project
