Upper School picture day is TOMORROW!!!

Upper School students (9th-11th) will get their picture taken in Gay’s Garden during their English Drop TOMORROW, SEPT. 30th!!! If you have a D or B block English class, you will report to Gay’s Garden during OFFICE HOURS TOMORROW.

A big thank you to Avi Pandey and Owen Fox from the Upper School! They paused what they were doing to help deliver Pink Out shirts to our Lower School. Their willingness to jump in and help out shows the kind of TEAMWORK and community spirit that makes Cannon s0 special!

Fall 2025 Driver Education Program (Virtual)

Virtual driver education program will be offered during the fall semester. Classes and behind-the-wheel instruction will be provided by WatsOnWheels (https://www.watsonwheelsnc.com/). WatsOnWheels has agreed to offer Cannon students a discount and provide the course for $450 per student.  The classes will be held Monday, November 3rd through Friday, November 14th from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Students must be 14½ years of age when the classes begin to be eligible to register. To complete the class, students must have thirty hours of class time and six hours of behind-the-wheel instruction.  We hope to offer another class in the spring through WatsOnWheels, but we have yet to schedule specific dates.

After the class portion is complete, the instructor will coordinate with students individually to complete the behind-the-wheel requirements during their school drop periods or after school hours.

The $450 fee is due on the first day of class and may be charged to the student’s Cannon School account or paid in the form of a check made out to “Watson Wheels LLC”.
