Attention Freshmen and Sophomores!

The Admission Office at Cannon needs you! We are excited to begin welcoming prospective students to spend the day on campus.   Hosts are needed to help ensure a great visit day.  Hosts are expected to take their visitor to classes, lunch, and clubs, introduce them to friends, and make them feel welcome at Cannon. Visitors will spend all or part of the day with the host.  If you’d like to host, please complete this survey.

Contact Mrs. Holliway at hholliway@cannonschool.org or text 704-721-7175 with questions.

For those interested in volunteering in Lower School, this is a great opportunity! On Friday, November 22, 2024, Lower School will be hosting our annual Grandparents and Special Friends Day from 9:00-11:00 AM. While many students will have special visitors that day, not all will. We are looking for Upper School students who can partner with students who do not have a visitor and engage in various activities throughout the morning. Volunteers will assist students with classroom activities and a photo booth memento! Additionally, we need volunteers to help guide grandparents and guests in the hallways and answer general questions.

If interested, students should reach out to Dr. Dobbins (ddobbins@cannonschool.org) as soon as possible to be a part of this exciting event. There will be a short meeting on the morning of the event to go over the details.

Disclaimer: Volunteers are responsible for communicating with their teachers about any missed classes and ensuring they complete any work assigned during their absence.

Attention Leaders!

Please join us on Thursday (TOMORROW!!) during lunch in Foundation Hall with our guest, Mr. Danny Scurlock when he will share his perspective on VISION.

ALL are welcome!
