I Please watch this video (2.5 minutes) on our new process to log your service hours. Note that in the video, you will see an image covering part of the screen. You will not see this on your screen.
Notes about service:
- Service for this school year runs April 15 2024 – April 14, 2025.
- Jobs and internships do NOT count as service. Prep time for service does not count as part of your hours.
- You MUST include contact information of a phone number and email address. Be sure to get this information.
- If you do service at the same location frequently, you can track your hours and record towards the end of the window above.
- If you do not see the “Community Service” link in Edsby, you need to log out completely from Edsby and log back in.
- If you are denied service hours, you will be able to see why and have the opportunity to make and changes necessary.
If you have any questions regarding the recording of service hours, please reach out to Mrs. Weakland!
