Set in Newport, RI during the height of the Jazz Age, Theophilus North follows the exploits of the title character as he searches for adventure and his place in the world. Check Please is a contemporary piece that follows a series of blind dinner dates that couldn’t get any hilariously worse — until they do. Come enjoy the theatrical experience that 26 Upper School cast and crew members have been preparing just for you!!

An opportunity to volunteer and help Cannon Cultures:

We are looking for 3 student volunteers willing to read a short script (already written) on a winter holiday or country that will be recorded.  The short video will link to a QR code which (older) students and parents can scan during an upcoming event to find out about cultural traditions. The student volunteers do not need to be from any specific ethnic group or background to participate. Recording of the video will happen on campus on Thursday November 16th during a time slot between 10 am-12:00pm.

The first three students to email Mr. Hurtado will be chosen for this opportunity.

Need a great gift idea for teachers? A friend? Something for the person that is hardest on your list to buy for? What about stocking stuffers?

It’s time to order your gift cards for the holidays!

Don’t forget to order a few for yourself to use at stores you frequently shop at for daily needs such as Amazon, Target, Publix, gas stations, and more!  Proceeds from each purchase go to support Cannon Connections.  Click here for the Holiday Gift Card order form.

Once filled out, send it back to school along with a check made out to Cannon Connections, by Wednesday, November 15th and your gift cards will be sent home with your student or available for pick up on Monday, December 4th.  It’s that easy!
